Oh nos! Helicopter highjack! You get explosives... and lots of them. Make use of that, and take out everything in your way to reach the top, then blow up the helicopter. You have no access to electron's assistance here, so good luck.
If you fire the rocket launcher just at the right time before the helicopter fires, you can get 2 shots in at a time, maybe even 3.
Afterward is a hoard of slimes, use the weapon you just got to deal with them all, gaining some nice coin in the process.
