Alter Aeon Equipment Locations

Here you can find the different classes in game, and for each class a table with all their equipment which has class level or skill level up to around level 30. Where possible other stats will be shown as well. For example with Warrior and Thief the damage roll (dr) and hit roll (HR) will also be shown. For casters the mana regen will be shown as well as the plus to the cast level. Higher level equipment may be added later, but for now this is meant to help the new players, not those already experienced.

It is important to point out this is not meant as a way to hold your hand and give everything for free. The map where the item loads is shown, but not the exact mob who loads it. Part of learning and playing the game is exploring the different maps and talking to or murdering everything. If you would like to know about the importance of having cast level or skill level you can read about it in the article on the importance of cast level.

Necromancer Equipment Locations

Necro has a lot of really great equipment, and it comes pretty early on. You will get a good balance of equipment that boosts both wisdom and intelligence, which are both required necro stats. On top of that you'll have a quite good mana regen right from the start. Necros get quite spoiled with their equipment.

Druid Equipment Locations

Druid equipment is pretty much thrown at you through the first two islands. It isn't as good as Necro, but still pretty good. You may run into regen issues, but you should have more than enough wisdom boosts. Many druids have issues with intelligence as they reach level 30, so keep that in mind.

Warrior Equipment Locations

This section has two tables. There is one for armor, and another just for weapons. With warrior armor the main thing to look for is damroll(DR). With enough Dr you can survive just about anywhere on the first three islands. With weapons nonorm is great, especially when using a shield and doing combos.

Cleric Equipment Locations

Cleric is known by everyone for its abnormally bad equipment. Some people claim this is not true, but one look at the equipment listing and it is pretty clear. You'll be using only mana for healing and attacks, but you will have a very low regen rate. This is the challenge to pulling this class off successfully. Run and carve is the best suggestion.

Mage Equipment Locations

Mage is another challenging class, but due to recent changes in February of 2021 the mana cost of spells has been reduced. This way you can focus on cast and less regen, and still stay fighting longer. This is good because lower level mage equipment is almost all lacking reasonable regen.

Thief Equipment Locations

Like the warrior section this is broken up into two tables; one for armor, and another for weapons. thief equipment...well it is not good. You will have skill but very low DR, and no mana regen even though thief attacks and skills rely on mana. The stabbing weapons are pretty good however, especially the nonorm options.
